The (new) Jesters pranking the Imp with an appearance on a (fake) TV show called 90 minute Fiancé. The premise of course is that you go from proposal to wedding in 90 minutes flat.

(Imp being the Imp would flip the script and get the official paperwork from the courthouse in Berlin while Cecilia Rodgers is making her dress).

A former villain, with the code name 'Serenity'. She's a siren, with the ability to indoctrinate her listeners through her droning voice. She used to run various seminars inviting people to join her pyramid schemes.

She now teaches at Whateley in one of the 'core' subject areas (English/history/math). She has the bad habit of letting her ability slip out as she teaches the subject matter.
